The proposed El Caribe Condo Hotel offers an exciting real estate investment opportunity in a new beach front hotel project located in the vibrant Zona Viva district of La Ceiba, Honduras.

Caribbean BioEnergy S.A:  Central America


Alternative Energy Investment Opportunity

Caribbean Bio-Energy, S.A. (CBE) was created in 2007 to facilitate the construction, ownership and operation of a new bio-fuel production facility strategically located in Central America. The proposed project consists of a 30-million gallon per year ethanol production plant including the conversion of nearby crop land into sugar-cane adequate to support the full-time operation of the facility.

This investment opportunity offers numerous fundamental advantages and - with significant progress already complete - represents far less risk than other planned advanced biofuels projects. The proposed project leverages the lowest operating costs anywhere in Central and South America and creates a guaranteed local market with tax-free incentives.
